Suriname), UK (Onshore, North Sea, West of UK), offshore Netherlands/Norway, Bulgaria Black Sea deep
water, Egypt (deep water Nile delta), Algeria onshore, and Pakistan onshore.
He was the Global Shell Operations Geology Principle Technical Expert for 15 years and the Global Shell Well Delivery Principle
Technical Expert for 4 years.
Training Course Delivery Experience
20 years of experience in the design and delivery of operations geology classes as part of Shell’s graduate
training program, both deep water and onshore/unconventional environments – up to 4 classes per year.
Associated courses on drilling hazards, real time well monitoring, real time pore pressure monitoring, MPD
systems, mudlogging introduction. Exploration volumetrics, risk and uncertainty training for Shell staff.
