I am an experienced organisational effectiveness consultant with over 40 years' experience in Organisational Effectiveness, Change Management and HR working in diverse national and organisational cultures.
I have significant international experience having worked on 4 continents, over 40 countries advising a wide range of organisations in the areas of individual and organisational change, leadership and team development, coaching, learning and development and diversity & inclusion.
I retired from Shell Global Solutions in June 2018 (after over 30 years) and established a business "Emergent Change", working as an independent consultant. Before retiring, my role as Manager of the Performance Improvement & Implementation team in Commercial Services, Shell Projects and Technology, involved leading a global team of professional consultants to design, develop and deliver customised interventions at sites in support of technical improvement projects.
I am passionate about designing and facilitating workshops that integrate both the technical and non-technical aspects of a project.
