Michiel Bender
Profile
Michiel is a seasoned petroleum engineer; a reservoir engineer by background and served several years as a commercial advisor/negotiator. Trained via the stringent Shell system he developed his skills to deal with a large variety of reservoirs and fluid content both in onshore and offshore environment.
He was trained as a FEDM (Front End Development Manager) and has broad experience with making field development decisions.

- Capable to apply Decision Analysis in field development planning, including VOI excercises.
- Strong ability to interface with other disciplines
